By submitting a nomination or participating in the Latin American Awards Australia 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Nominees must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each award category. Nominators must provide accurate and truthful information.

All nominations must be submitted through the official website before the deadline of March 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

All nominations are reviewed by an independent jury panel. Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Finalists and winners consent to their names and images being used in promotional materials related to the awards.
